TERMS OF DELIVERY

We ship once weekly, on Wednesdays. Delivery time depends on the destination –however, max 7 days from date of shipment. Extra delivery time must be expected around seasonal celebrations.

In case of delays caused by GLS, iLoveEcoEssentials.com cannot be held accountable.

We deliver all internet-orders to around the world.

Our shipping prices are indicated at checkout and are dependent on destination and amount of ordered products.

FREIGHT

All packages are sent insured and by DSV/GLS with private distribution once weekly – ever Wednesday, where the payment for your order will also be deducted from your account.

Freight price in Denmark 45 DKK.

Freight price in Europe 79 DKK.

Freight price in Norway and Switzerland 95 DKK.

Free shipping for orders above 600 DKK in Denmark.

Free shipping in Europe incl. Norway and Switzerland for orders above 700 DKK*

*Bosnia, Albania, Cypress, Greenland, Macedonia, Malta, Serbia, Croatia, Faroe Islands and Turkey are shipped with freight price of 150 DKK. Free shipping for orders above 1200 DKK.

Freight price to the rest of the world 200 DKK. Free shipping for orders above 1500 DKK.

Orders for Iceland can be picked up at Eyja Guldsmeden Hotels, Reykjavik.

All prices for delivery in EU counties are incl. 25% vat and other incurring expenses.

The website indicates prices in Danish Kroner, which are incl. vat.

CUSTOMS

Customers outside the EU may be required to pay custom and import fees, when the order reaches the country of destination. These fees will be paid in full by the receiver of the package.

Custom and import fees vary from country to country, and, therefore, we cannot inform about specific fees per marked.

The customer takes full responsibility for all fees related to shipment, return, custom and handling fees, in the case that the customer declines reception of the delivery due to custom and import fees.

CONDITIONS OF REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE

For us at iLoveEcoEssentials.com it is important that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. The product can be exchanged for another product or for an online voucher for the web shop. Your product can be returned in un-opened state within 14 days.

Always send together with the original box and trademark tags.

If you regret your purchase, the purchase sum will be returned to your payment card/bank. This will take place after we have received the returned product and made the necessary controls, to ensure it meets the conditions of replacement.

Return of your purchase sum will take place, at the latest, 14 days after reception of the returned product.

WARRANTY

When shopping at iLoveEcoEssentials.com you have 3 months warranty. You have the right to have the product repaired, replaced, refunded or decreased in price, depending on the specific complaint in question. We will evaluate the complaint individually from case to case, to estimate if the claim is caused by wrong use of the product or other damaging behavior.

A complaint must be received within a reasonable time after you have discovered a product defect.

In case the complaint is received within 2 months after the product defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

We will refund reasonable freight expenses, which you may have from the return of the product, in cases where the complaint is justified.

When you wish to file a complaint, you can either send the product to us or deliver the product itself at our address.

To facilitate the best return process, we kindly ask you to notify us before you return the product. Please notify us by email hello@iLoveEcoEssentials.com

All sales are final. In case your product is damaged during delivery or not working correctly, you can return the product with your sales receipt within 10 days.

Please contact customer service before the product is returned. When you make us of the right of cancellation, you must pay the freight expense related to return of the product.

When you return the product, please indicate clear description of product defect, name, invoice number and bank account number.

Remember, the product must always be returned in proper packaging. Please ensure to get a receipt for the shipment, so we can refund your freight expenses.

RESERVATION

We take reservations for misprints, pricing errors, vat and tax changes and delivery failure. Pictures on our website are for illustration purposes and may deviate from the actual appearance of the product.
