We understand what matters in hospitality. That is why we have focused on developing high-quality hotel amenities that combine thoughtful design, carefully selected ingredients and functionality created specifically for everyday hotel use.

iLoveEcoEssentials is developed specifically for the hospitality industry, with a focus on quality, functionality and carefully considered product choices.

For hotel amenities, format matters. That is why our personal care products are available in larger 500 ml and 600 ml formats, designed for repeated use in hotel rooms and public areas rather than individual guest portions. Larger formats also mean fewer individual bottles to handle for housekeeping.

We believe in being clear and transparent about the choices behind our products. Where applicable, individual ILEE products carry recognized certifications such as COSMOS Natural, FSC®-certified bamboo and BDIH. Certification information is clearly stated for the relevant products and materials.

Our personal care products are developed in collaboration with MÁDARA Cosmetics using carefully selected ingredients. Our formulations contain 0% microplastics, and detailed ingredient information is available for each individual product.

Packaging and materials are areas we continuously evaluate. We look at bottle formats, pumps, materials and functionality and introduce new solutions where they make sense for our products and the hospitality environment. Specific information about packaging materials and recycled content is provided for the individual products where applicable.

Each of our personal care products has its own unique fragrance and purpose, while being designed to work beautifully together throughout the hotel experience – allowing you to mix and match according to your needs.

For our hotel accessories, we carefully consider both materials and functionality. Where applicable, we use materials such as FSC®-certified bamboo, and we continue to explore reusable alternatives to traditional single-use hotel amenities.

CERTIFICATIONS

FSC: All bamboo used in our products is FSC® certified.

The Forest Stewardship Council® (FSC®) is an international certification system promoting responsible management of the world’s forests.

FSC® certification sets requirements for forest management covering environmental, social and economic aspects, including biodiversity and consideration for workers and local communities.

By using FSC®-certified bamboo, we can provide clear and traceable information about the sourcing of the bamboo used in our products.

ECOCERT: The COSMOS Natural standard sets specific requirements for natural cosmetics, covering ingredients, processing, manufacturing and packaging.

Products carrying the certification are assessed according to the COSMOS standard by ECOCERT Greenlife, an independent certification body.

The standard includes requirements for the origin and processing of ingredients and restricts the use of certain substances, including parabens, phenoxyethanol, synthetic fragrances and synthetic colourants.

Certification applies specifically to the individual ILEE products carrying the COSMOS Natural certification.

BDIH: is a German certification standard for natural cosmetics, with requirements for ingredients, raw materials and production.

The standard restricts substances such as synthetic fragrances and colourants, silicones, paraffins and other petroleum-based ingredients.

Vegan: Our products carry the Vegan logo, confirming that each formulation is made without animal-derived ingredients or by-products.

Instead, we use carefully selected plant-based alternatives, chosen with a focus on quality, performance and care. This allows us to create effective formulations that feel good to use and meet the high standards we set for our personal care products.

OWP (Ocean Waste Plastic): Part of our pumps are made with Ocean Waste Plastic (OWP) – recycled plastic collected from coastal areas and processed into new material.

OWP focuses on collecting plastic waste from areas where it can be recovered and recycled. The collected plastic is sorted, processed and given a new purpose as recycled material.

By incorporating OWP into selected pumps, we are able to use recycled material while maintaining the quality, functionality and design required for our hotel products.

Dermatologically tested: All iLoveEcoEssentials personal care products are dermatologically tested, meaning the formulations have been evaluated under dermatological supervision for skin compatibility.

Dermatological testing is an important part of our product development and supports our focus on quality, performance and care for the skin.

For us, personal care is not only about effectiveness – it is also about creating products developed with care and consideration for everyday use.

Did you know the harm of using microplastic in cosmetics?

Microplastic pollution comes from the fragmentation of larger pieces of plastic waste, small synthetic fibers from clothing and the microbeads used in cosmetics and other products. The microbeads in scrubs, shower gels and toothpastes are an avoidable part of this plastic pollution problem. A single shower could result in 100,000 plastic particles entering the ocean. These tiny pieces of plastic accumulate in the world’s oceans, lakes and estuaries, harming marine life and entering the food chain.
